エビチリ Shrimp Chilli Sauce

久々にエビチリを作ってみました。
今週は35度前後の日々が続いていて、先週の40度の毎日から比べるとものすごく涼しい。35度がこんなに涼しいとは思わなかった。

Okay, most people here in the states (at least Tyler, TX) don't know this food, and I know that. This is one of the most popular Chinese food in Japan. I don't know why I don't see this food here in Tyler. I've been to most Chinese restaurants in Tyler, but none of them had this food.

エビ、にんにく、ショウガ、ネギ、鶏ガラスープ、酒、砂糖、塩、ケチャップ、豆板醤、片栗粉、サラダ油、卵白、酢、ごま油、レタス

Shrimp, garlic, ginger, green onion, chicken broth, sake, sugar, salt, ketchup, Toban Djan, potato starch, vegetable oil, egg white, vinegar, sesame seed oil, lettuce
