青椒肉絲 Pork & Bell Pepper Stir Fry


I know it was September the last time I updated....
I have been super busy at school. Teaching 2 sections of Calculus lab this semester. Preparation and grading takes me forever sometimes. And of course I'm taking some classes.
Today, I cooked Pork and Bell Pepper Stir Fry. (Chinese dish)
I forgot to add some bamboo shoot.


pork chop, bell pepper, garlic, soy sauce, sake, vegetable oil, sesame seed oil, potato starch, oyster sauce, Toban Djan, sugar
