My basil got too messy again, so I trimmed it.
バジルがまたもさもさになってしまったので収穫しました。

State Inspection 車検

Yesterday's picture reminded me that my inspection was expired... $14.50 every year. Not bad at all.
In Japan, we do inspection every 2 years, and it costs $1,000-1500!!!

昨日の写真で車検が切れてることに気づいて、今日言ってきました。テキサスでは車検は毎年$14.50です。日本の１０万円とかするのが信じられない。この看板があるメカニックならどこでもやってくれます。



Took them about 5 mins.
５分で終了。車検ステッカーです。

Noodle Salad 涼麺

I don't know how it is called in English, let's just call it "cold noodle".
涼麺です。英語でなんと呼んだらいいのやら。



"Noodles served cool with sesame-flavored rice-vinegar-sauce" according to the pacakge...
ヒューストンで買ったのでパッケージにちゃんと英語で説明がありました。


Okay, I changed my mind. I'm gonna call it "noodle salad".

I'm gonna take care of their dog this week.

We're having another thunderstorm right now.
また嵐が来ました。

I heard the lightning, so I went outside. The sky was getting dark.
外がやたら暗くなって、バリバリドッカンなりだした。


Everyone needed to get down just in case.
野菜たちは落っこちないように下におろしました。
