This happened while I was driving on I-30 yesterday... My Golf's windshield.... I'm gonna call my insurance company tomorrow and ask if it covers or not. (I should)

That's a freakin ugly crack! Did something hit you're windshield? A pebble or a bird or something? I once had a huge bird hit my windshield, and one of it's wings got stuck under my wiper blade, and then I turned on the wipers and bird guts smeared and the wing was still stuck under the wiper! It was some kind of large bird! And it scared the shit out of me!
