My stomach has been bothering me since last night (maybe my IBS, maybe not), so I decided to cook something good for my stomach.
昨日からおなかの調子が悪いので(たぶん過敏性腸症候群)、おなかにいい物を作ってみた。

sliced pork, carrot, daikon, potato, green onion, hondashi, miso
豚汁
豚肉、ニンジン、大根、ジャガイモ、ネギ、ほんだし、みそ
with rice, tofu, and natto (supposed to be good for stomach problems)
