I'm finally feeling better, and I wanted to eat something greasy. But, for my stomach, I boiled the chicken before I stir fry to make it less greasier.
鶏もも肉、ニンニク、タマネギ、生姜、塩、醤油、酒、サラダ油。トマトとレタス。
Chicken thigh, garlic, onion, ginger root, salt, soy sauce, sake, vegetable oil. Tomato & lettuce.
