先週末から風邪を引いて、まだ喉が痛かったりしているので今日は日本食でヘルシーに。
Since this past weekend, I've been sick. (got a cold) So, I decided to go with Japanese diet today. Well, you know Japanese food is good for your health.
まずは白米。ミルキークィーン。
First, steamed rice. Milky Queen.
鶏肉と野菜の煮物。
Chicken and Vegetables cooked in Hondashi broth.
鶏もも肉、ジャガイモ、にんじん、タマネギ、グリーンピース、ネギ、ショウガ、酒、醤油、砂糖、みりん、ほんだし
Chicken thigh, potato, carrot, onion, green peas, green onion, ginger root, sake, soy sauce, sugar, mirin (sweet rice wine), Hondashi (bonito fish soup base)
大根のおみよつけ
Daikon miso soup
大根、ほんだし、みそ
Daikon (Japanese radish), Hondashi, miso (soy bean paste)
冷奴
Hiyayakko (Cold tofu)
豆腐、おろしショウガ、ネギ、鰹節、醤油
Tofu (I hope everyone knows what tofu is, but let's say it's soy bean cake), ground ginger root, green onion, Katsuobushi (bonito fish flake), soy sauce
納豆
Natto (fermented soy beans. it stinks)
納豆、醤油、ネギ、和からし
natto, soy sauce, green onion, Japanese hot mustard
夕食完成。
