今日は家でまったり。

Super Cool Day 超涼しい

It was really chilly this morning. I can't believe it was over 80 degrees a few days ago.
今朝はものすごく涼しい朝でした。２、３日前は３０度あったのに、考えられません。



But it decided to warm up a little in the daytime, so we went to UT Tyler a little bit early today. Koko's loving the cool weather!
でも昼間は結局あったかくなってきたので、早めの時間に学校へ行くことに。ココは涼しくて大変ご機嫌でございます！











We walked about an hour. By the time we got back to my car, I was extremely hungy.
結局１時間ほど歩いて、車に戻った頃にはお腹はペコペコ。

We went to UT Tyler today. I let her play for a while as usual; then, we walked about 30 mins around the campus.
今日は学校へ行きました。いつも通り遊んだあと、３０分くらいキャンパス内を歩きました。



When we almost got back to the car, we saw Maggie and her dad and mom. But we didn't see Major...

I went to Katie and Moe's wedding today! Congratulations!!
今日はケイティとモーの結婚式へ行ってきました！おめでとう！！

Washlet ウォシュレット

Finally, I got me a Washlet!! It was only $389.40 at Amazon (I think they got the price wrong).
ようやっとウォシュレットを購入！！アマゾンでたったの$389.40でした。今のレートだと３万円弱。おそらく値段のつけ間違えでしょう。

We knew we were not going to need anything powerful, so we got the cheapest one ($89.99 after 10% discount at Sears).

高くてすごいのはいらないのはわかっていたので一番安いのを買いました（シアーズで割引がきいて８９ドルでした）。

Sprinkler スプリンクラー

They water the grass around 6pm everyday. I thought she was gonna be scared of the sprinklers, but she didn't care at all.
毎日夕方６時くらいに学校では水まきをしています。最初ココが怖がるかなと思ったんだけど、全然気にならないみたいです。

Lake Tyler

I took Koko to Lake Tyler today. It used to have this much water...
今日はココとレイクタイラーへ。以前はこんなに水がありました。



With almost no rain for couple of months (and really bad heat), now more than half the water is gone...
雨がずっと降らない状態が何ヶ月も続き、さらにひどい暑さで水は半分以上なくなってしまいました。。。


But I think she enjoyed today.
でもココは楽しかったみたいです。

I kept some Jambalaya in the freezer. Heated it up today and made some ome-Jambalaya for dinner.

Getting Cooler 涼しくなって

It's been pretty cool. Koko's loving it!
だいぶ涼しくなって（３３度くらいです）、ココもあまり疲れないで走れるようになりました。

No More 100s もう４０度超えはなし

I went to UT Tyler around 7pm today. It was around 85 degrees, but I actually felt chilly. Looks like it's not gonna be over 100 anymore.
今日は夕方７時頃に学校へ行きました。３０度近くあったのですが、先週まで４０度を超えていたせいもあり、肌寒かったです。もう今週から涼しくなりそうです。
