今回は成功。ちょっと皮が硬めだけど、おいしくできた。
Now, it looks and tastes like white bread. It's little bit crunchy outside, but it is good!!!

再度挑戦 2nd round
本日2度目のパン焼き挑戦
2nd try for today...
待ってる間にジャンバラヤ。
材料:セロリ、タマネギ、生バジル、マッシュルーム、ソーセージ、エビ、ジャンバラヤミックス
while i was waiting, i cooked jambalaya.
celery, onion, fresh basil, mushroom, sausage, shrimp, and Zatarain's Jambalaya mix

初めてのパン焼き(失敗)First attempt bread making (Failed)
初めて食パンを作ってみた。bread flour (強力粉) がなかったから all purpose flour (中力粉) で作ったら食パンがフランスパンに。まずくはないけどちゃんと膨らまず。
For the first time, I tried my brand new cuisinart bread maker. ($65 at Big Lots) I didn't have bread flour, so I used all purpose flour instead. What I tried to make was white bread, but it ended up looking and tasting like French bread... It wasn't nasty when it was still warm. Yes, only when it was still warm. I guess I mismeasured water or something, it looked weird from the beginning. It didn't raise right.
